Today, while waiting at the airport in Baltimore, I had one of those beautiful God-orchestrated moments that make you smile big — I got to meet the amazing Alexia from @themillionairehomemaker in person! 🥰✈️
Isn’t it incredible how God brings His daughters together — even in airport terminals? We instantly connected like old friends. Turns out, we have so much in common — faith, family, and a passion for encouraging moms to thrive at home and in business. 💻🏡💕
Alexia is a powerhouse mama of two and the heart behind The Millionaire Homemaker, where she empowers women to build businesses from home without sacrificing their families. She’s real, full of joy, and on fire for helping other moms walk in purpose!
💡 If you’re a mom with big dreams and a heart for home, you need to follow her:

🏛️Visiting Palatine Hill✝️ I am still pro 🏛️Visiting Palatine Hill✝️
I am still processing our visit to Palatine Hill, one of the most ancient parts of Rome and the very birthplace of the Roman Empire.
My teens and I walked where emperors once ruled and where the Roman elite built their palaces—steps away from where history and the Bible intersect.
As believers, this experience wasn’t just educational, it was deeply spiritual.
We were reminded that:
📜 Kingdoms rise and fall, but God’s Word endures forever. The grandeur of Rome has faded, yet the Gospel that spread in the shadow of this empire still changes lives today.
🛡️ Paul wrote letters to the Roman believers not far from here, urging them to live by faith, love one another, and not be conformed to this world.
Walking these streets made those Scriptures come alive.
👟 And practically? Walking these ancient paths with teens was easier than I thought! Most museums and archaeological sites in Europe are FREE for youth, public transportation in Rome is easy and affordable, and walking everywhere felt pretty safe.
This trip was the best Ancient History lesson they could have. It helped them see the Bible come alive, experience other cultures, and understand that God has been at work through every empire and every age.
Have you traveled abroad with your teens? What’s been your most memorable place you have visited?

Have you ever stopped to think that Shabbat was me Have you ever stopped to think that Shabbat was meant to last an eternity? God blessed and santified the seventh day before anything else! It was time — not a person or matter, and not a space either, that God made holy and sanctified then commanded us to remember and keep it. Shabbat is not a Jewish thing, it’s a glimpse of eternity! A gift to mankind. A glimpse into the fullness of peace and joy we will partake in His presence one day.
After the Fall, in His mercy, God still gave us a glimpse of eternity by giving us the weekly Shabbat as a moed (appointed time, rehearsal) — a shadow of the things to come that will be fulfilled in the Olam HaBa with Yeshua. This is part of the already-not yet fulfillment of Yeshua. It is only in eternity that that Yeshua will be fully our Sabbath. But we get to taste it now every week by fulfilling this divine appointment with God and by keeping His commandments. That’s how we show our love for Him.
Shabbat shalom!♥️🙏🏼
