People always ask us, “What’s your favorite place People always ask us, “What’s your favorite place you’ve visited?”
After years of RV life, 34 states, some Canadian provinces, and a few countries… you’d think I’d have a long, detailed answer.
But the truth is simple.
Our favorite place isn’t a place at all.
It’s wherever we’re together.
It’s the long drives, the random stops, the sunsets we didn’t plan, the laughs, the chaos, the quiet moments in between. It’s choosing time with each other over everything else, again and again.
Travel has given us so many beautiful places… but the real gift has been the memories we’ve built as a family.
Because at the end of the day, my favorite place will always be where my favorite people are 🤍

Standing on the South Rim again, and somehow it st Standing on the South Rim again, and somehow it still takes our breath away. The vastness, the colors, the quiet—every layer of this place whispers the glory of God. No picture can capture it, no words can fully explain it… it simply points back to the Creator.
“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands.” — Psalm 19:1
Walking here with our children, watching their eyes widen in wonder, reminds us why we chose this life of homeschooling. Not just for academics, but for moments like these—where learning comes alive through awe, gratitude, and the undeniable beauty of God’s creation.
“For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—His eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made.” — Romans 1:20
This is our second time here, and still, we are in awe. Still humbled. Still reminded of how small we are… and how גדול (great) our God is.
“Lord, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth!” — Psalm 8:1
Grateful for these memories. Grateful for this journey. Grateful for a God who reveals Himself so clearly in the beauty around us.
