I’ve been gathering gluten-free Thanksgiving recipes for the past month or so and I thought I should share it here with you what I found. My son Ben and I have over 30 food intolerances and allergies. It’s not easy to cope with food allergies and intolerances but it’s possible!
And we should never feel deprived of a delicious meal because of our dietary restrictions. We can still have a delicious gluten-free Thanksgiving meal and not miss out the feast and the fun.
Thanksgiving is a time of abundance when we celebrate God’s provision in our lives and give thanks for all of HIs goodness. I just love Thanksgiving! And I love Thanksgiving food, don’t you? Turkey, sweet potatoes mashed with pecans, cranberry sauce, apple and pumpkin pies. Oh, so yummy!
I want to enjoy a gluten-free Thanksgiving without having to worry about feeling sick all day the next day. Don’t you?
